2. Business Model

Effira Solutions W.L.L operates as a B2B supplier of research and medical-grade compounds.

The Company may utilise approved manufacturing and fulfilment partners to process and deliver orders. All commercial transactions are conducted directly between the Customer and Effira Solutions W.L.L.

3. Eligibility

Products are supplied strictly to:

• Licensed clinics
• Qualified healthcare professionals
• Approved research entities

The Company reserves the right to approve or reject any customer application.

4. Order Process

• Orders are submitted via the Effira Solutions W.L.L platform.
• All orders are subject to acceptance by the Company.
• A proforma invoice will be issued upon order confirmation.
• Orders are processed only upon receipt of cleared payment.

5. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are exclusive of VAT, duties, and shipping unless stated.
• Payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed.
• Accepted methods: bank transfer or approved payment methods.

6. Fulfilment & Delivery

• Products are fulfilled through approved partners.
• Delivery timelines are estimates only.
• Risk transfers to the Customer upon delivery.
• Effira Solutions W.L.L manages fulfilment coordination but does not guarantee carrier performance.

7. Product Use

Products are supplied:

• In accordance with applicable regulations

The Company makes no representations regarding specific outcomes or applications.

8. Quality & Documentation

• Products are supplied with batch-level documentation where applicable.
• Customers are responsible for independent verification where required.
• Storage, handling, and usage are the responsibility of the Customer.

9. Limitation of Liability

Effira Solutions W.L.L shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Misuse of products
• Clinical outcomes

Liability is limited to the value of the products supplied.

10. Returns & Claims
